Heidi has served on the City Council since 2016. She served as Vice Mayor in 2020 and 2023.
Haunted Halloween Trail
Council liaison since 2016. Co-chair starting in 2023.
RAAA Volunteer
Volunteer coach and assistant for Track & Field and Cross Country 2015 - 2021.
Port Authority
Heidi has been a commissioner from 2016 to present. Chair in 2021, Vice Chair 2019, 2020
Dakota County
Broadband Board
Board member representing Rosemount in 2022-2023. Board disbanded Sept-2023.
Leprechaun Days
Council liaison to committee since 2016. Communications committee and parade Co-chair.
Rosemount High School Foundation
Non-profit organization benefiting the Rosemount community in the areas of arts, athletics and academics. Member 2018-2023.
Community First. Strategic Growth. Public Safety.
Heidi started on this journey eight years ago to make a difference. The goal was to represent the many young families in our community who were looking for more, while maintaining the quaint hometown feel. I am proud of the tremendous progress we are making and am excited for the opportunity to continue shaping the future of Rosemount.
Family
Heidi and her husband, Kyle, are proud to raise their boys in Rosemount.
Payne (23) just earned his Bachelor's degree from UW-Eau Claire.
Hunter (13) and Luke (12) attend Rosemount Middle school. Both are very active in various activities.
Rosemount High School Graduate
Heidi graduated from RHS in 1991. She later graduated Summa Cum Laude from Concordia University in St. Paul with a Marketing Management degree.
Fun Fact: 1991 was the year Eagan High School opened.
Sports Fan
Heidi is an avid sports fan. She attends several Irish events throughout the year. She is also a big Vikings and Wild fan. #skol
Extended Family
Heidi is the oldest of five children. Her Mom and three siblings live in Rosemount.
Professional
Heidi is a Vice President at U.S. Bank in the Digital Operations area.
She is a member of the Consumer Digital leadership team responsible for executing the strategic direction of a multi-million dollar annual investment.
Community Volunteer
Giving back is important to Heidi and her family. She works throughout the year to bring Leprechaun Days and the Haunted Trail events to Rosemount. Her family lends a hand during the events.
